Cutting Capacity by Power

Maximum single-pass cutting capacity by laser power and material:

Maximum single-pass, material-dependent; continuous-duty figures and intermediate power tiers (e.g. 12 kW / 20 kW) available on request. Across the range: traverse speeds up to 60–70 m/min, positioning accuracy ±0.03 mm/m, repeatability ±0.02 mm/m, kerf around 0.08–0.1 mm, power supply 380 V / 50–60 Hz.
How to Choose Your Power
Pick power by your thickest material and required throughput:
- Entry power (1–3 kW) — thin-to-medium sheet, signage, light fabrication and fine work. See entry-power fiber cutters.
- Mid power (6 kW) — covers most general fabrication, including thicker carbon and stainless.
- High power (up to 30 kW) — thick plate and high-speed production. See high-power fiber cutters.
Working Areas & Configurations
Formats run from compact 600 × 600 mm and 1300 × 900 mm beds up to 3.0 × 1.5 m, 4.0 × 2.0 m and 6.0 × 2.0 m, with exchange tables and full enclosures on the larger machines. Core components include a Maxphotonics fiber source, a Raytools auto-focus head and CNC, Hiwin linear guides, a rack-and-pinion drive, servo motors and a Hanli / S&A chiller.

Machines are CE-marked; CE, FDA and SGS documentation is available on request. Destination requirements (SASO/SABER, GCC, UKCA) are handled per market.
