Entry exchange-table cutter. 3 kW fiber source; carbon steel to 18 mm, stainless to 10 mm. Suited to thin- and mid-gauge sheet work.

4020 · 6 kW · 4.0 × 2.0 m

Production workhorse. Carbon steel to 27 mm, stainless to 18 mm. The same 6 kW class is also supplied at 6.0 × 1.5 m and 6.0 × 2.0 m work areas.

3015 · 30 kW · 3.0 × 1.5 m

Ultra-high-power flagship. Carbon steel to 55 mm, stainless to 45 mm. For heavy plate and high-throughput fabrication.

What Is Sheet Metal Laser Cutting?

A sheet metal laser cutting machine uses a focused fiber-laser beam to cut flat metal sheet — carbon steel, stainless and aluminum — fast, accurately and with a clean edge. The laser melts and blows away a narrow line of metal as the head follows the part path, leaving a kerf of roughly 0.08–0.1 mm. Because heat is tightly focused, distortion stays low and most parts come off the table ready to use. An exchange (shuttle) table lets one sheet load while another is cut.
