What Is a Laser Marking Machine?

Laser marking changes the surface of the part itself — oxidation, color change, engraving or foaming — so the mark cannot rub off or wash away.

Permanent, no consumablesNo ink, no ribbons, no solvent. The mark is formed in the surface of the part.
Wavelength decides the material1064 nm for bare metal, 355 nm for glass and sensitive plastics, 10.6 µm for wood, leather and paper.
