1000W–1500W Laser Welders

Factory-direct 1000W and 1500W handheld laser welders, built in-house and available in water-cooled and air-cooled configurations. These mid-power machines cover most thin-to-medium fabrication: stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum and brass — with a 0.5 kg fifth-generation gun and simple touch-screen control.

The water-cooled configuration is rated for sustained continuous operation, while the air-cooled configuration prioritizes portability and a wider ambient temperature range — so their published figures reflect different duty profiles rather than a like-for-like maximum.

1000W–1500W handheld welders are the everyday workhorses for sheet-metal and light structural work: stainless kitchenware and furniture, cabinets and enclosures, doors, windows and railings, signage, automotive trim, and general thin-to-medium gauge assembly. The air-cooled option adds true site portability where a water chiller isn’t practical.

  • Choose water-cooled for sustained, continuous production runs and stable heat management over long shifts.
  • Choose air-cooled for portability, outdoor or remote work, and a wide ambient range (−30 to 60 °C) with no chiller to maintain.
  • Power vs thickness: higher power increases weldable thickness and speed; for thicker material or heavier duty cycles, step up to 2000W–3000W.
