Penetration values are max single-pass and material-dependent; continuous-duty figures available on request. The 3000W configuration ships with a 4000W-rated gun head for sustained welding on thicker (up to ~8 mm) joints.

Applications & Use Cases

Heavier fabrication: structural assemblies, thicker stainless and carbon steel, pressure parts, and high-volume production where speed and penetration matter. Double-wire suits wider gaps and higher deposition; 3000W suits the thickest joints and longest duty cycles.
