How to Weld Stainless Steel (steps)

  1. Clean and fit up the joint (tight gap).
  2. Select power for thickness.
  3. Choose continuous (long seams) or pulse (thin/precision).
  4. Use shielding gas (Nitrogen or Argon).
  5. Weld and inspect.
