Overview
Not every shop needs a full line. A desktop unit gives the same marking quality in a footprint that sits on a bench and sets up in minutes.
Why a Desktop Build Works
It suits small shops, prototyping and low-to-mid volume. The marking field is smaller than a floor-standing line, but the result is identical — same source, same galvo head, same repeatability. Setup takes minutes, not hours.
Built to Last
The beam changes the surface itself, so nothing is added on top. The result won’t smear, peel or wash off, and it holds up to heat, oil, solvents and years of handling.
Specs That Matter
The desktop cabinet measures about 800×600×1400 mm and weighs around 75 kg. It runs the same 20–100W fiber platform, 1064 nm, air-cooled, with a 100–300 mm field, ±0.002 mm repeatability and speeds to 10,000 mm/s.
How a Job Is Set Up
- Load the part and set the focus distance for the lens.
- Import the mark file and set pulse, speed and frequency.
- Run a sample on scrap, check contrast, then save the recipe.
- Fix the jig for repeat positioning and start the batch.
- Scan the codes and log first-article approval.
CE Compliance
