Overview
A 50W or 100W fiber head is for the demanding end — deeper marks, harder alloys and lines where cycle time is money.
Why 50W–100W Works
More power marks deeper and faster, so hard alloys and high-volume lines benefit most. Where a 20W head would need several passes, a 100W head does it in fewer — shorter cycle time on demanding parts, and the headroom for deep engraving.
Built to Last
The beam changes the surface itself, so nothing is added on top. The result won’t smear, peel or wash off, and it holds up to heat, oil, solvents and years of handling.
Specs That Matter

How a Job Is Set Up
- Load the part and set the focus distance for the lens.
- Import the mark file and set pulse, speed and frequency.
- Run a sample on scrap, check depth and contrast, then save the recipe.
- Fix the jig for repeat positioning and start the batch.
- Scan the codes and log first-article approval.
Applications
Deep IDs and engraving on tool steel and hard alloys, high-volume production lines, parts that need depth as well as contrast.
CE Compliance
CE-marked, with conformity documentation available on request. We never claim SASO, SABER, GCC or UKCA we do not hold.
Getting It Right Before You Buy
Send us a part and a target cycle time. We mark it at 50W and 100W, show you the depth-and-speed trade, then quote against it.
