A 1064 nm pulsed source lifts thin rust, oil and oxide while putting very little heat into the substrate. The portable units run air-cooled on a single-phase supply, so no chiller has to travel with the job.

A 1080 nm continuous-wave source clears heavy rust and layered paint at production speed. Portable, floor-standing and heavy-duty configurations share a 10 m fiber and a water-cooled circuit.

What Is a Laser Cleaning Machine?

Laser cleaning removes a layer — rust, paint, oil, oxide or coating — by putting energy into the contaminant faster than the material underneath takes it up. Nothing touches the part, and the only consumable is electricity.

No media, no chemicalsNo grit, no solvent and no blast cabinet. The waste stream is the removed layer itself.
Pulsed or continuous decides the job1064 nm pulsed for thin layers and heat-sensitive substrates; 1080 nm continuous for thick rust and layered paint.

Both source types run an adjustable 10–100% power range and a galvanometer scanning head with red-light positioning, so an operator trained on one moves to the other without relearning the workflow. Full specifications for each power band are available on request.
