Automatic Laser Welding
An automated platform laser welder that clamps the workpiece on a motorized X/Y/Z table and drives a wobble welding head along a programmed path — for repeatable, low-distortion welds on stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum, from thin sheet up to 8 mm.

Range
Models & Configurations
Three fiber-laser power options on one shared platform — same 500×300×400 mm work envelope and wobble head, matched to your material thickness.

1500 W · up to 3 mm
Thin-gauge stainless and carbon steel. 550 kg; 10 kW total connected load.
2000 W · up to 5 mm
Medium-thickness production welding. 570 kg; 15 kW total connected load.
3000 W · up to 8 mm
Thicker material and higher speed. 600 kg; 20 kW total connected load.
Why This Platform
Built for Real Production
Every build ships with the features that keep an automated weld cell consistent shift after shift.
Store up to 30 parameter packages and recall settings by material and thickness.
Motor-driven X/Y galvo with multiple oscillation modes for varied spot and seam width.
Coordinated wire feeding with automatic switching for stable gap filling.
Built-in CCD camera and monitor for precise seam positioning before welding.
What It Is
What Is a Platform Laser Welding Machine?
A platform (automatic) laser welder fixes the workpiece on a motorized X/Y/Z table and moves a focused, wobbling laser beam along a set path. Welding is conduction / keyhole type: the surface is heated by the laser and heat conducts inward to form a controlled melt pool. Because heat input is low, the heat-affected zone stays small and distortion is minimal, and the process is unaffected by magnetic fields. Power, oscillation width and frequency are adjustable to suit each material and thickness, and an optional dual-station rotary lets one side load while the other welds.

Applications & Use Cases
Platform laser welding suits repeatable seams on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and more.

Comparison
Comparison & Selection Guide
Why an automated platform — and how to pick a power build.
Against manual TIG/MIG, platform laser welding puts in less heat, distorts less and typically needs little post-grinding.
