When to choose pulsed 50/100 W
- Rust and coating thickness — thin surface rust, oxide and light coatings. Thick scale or multi-layer paint calls for a continuous machine instead.
- Area and throughput — spot work, small parts and detail areas rather than large surfaces or production lines.
- Material sensitivity — delicate or heat-sensitive substrates, where low-heat, controllable cleaning protects the base material.
- Mobility — field and on-site jobs with no mains supply, using battery-portable, air-cooled units.
Typical light-duty work
Pre-treatment before coating, oxide and light rust removal on finished or semi-finished parts, spot cleaning on assemblies that cannot be moved, and detail work where a heavier beam would risk the substrate.
