Rotary Laser Marking Machine & Attachment

Fiber laser marking machine

Overview

Round parts mark unevenly under a fixed beam — the edges fall out of focus. A rotary axis fixes that by spinning the part so the mark wraps evenly all the way around.

Why a Rotary Axis Works

The fixture turns the workpiece in sync with the beam, so a logo, code or serial wraps a cylinder cleanly. We offer a standard rotary chuck for shafts and pens, a ring fixture for jewellery and bands, and a rolling-axis turntable for tube and pipe.

Built to Last

The beam changes the surface itself, so nothing is added on top. The result won’t smear, peel or wash off, and it holds up to heat, oil, solvents and years of handling.

Specs That Matter

The rotary attachment pairs with the same fiber platform — 20–100W, 1064 nm, ±0.002 mm repeatability. The fixture is matched to your part diameter and length before we quote.

How to Mark a Round Part

  1. Mount the part in the rotary fixture and set the focus.
  2. Import the mark file and set pulse, speed and frequency.
  3. Run a sample, check the wrap and contrast, then save the recipe.
  4. Set the rotation and start the batch.
  5. Inspect the wrapped mark and log first-article approval.

CE Compliance

CE-marked, with conformity documentation available on request. We never claim SASO, SABER, GCC or UKCA we do not hold.
