A laser pipe welding machine joins pipe and tube with a focused laser beam, producing strong, low-distortion welds around the circumference. Our handheld welders are portable enough to weld pipe on-site or on the bench.
What Is Pipe Laser Welding?

The handheld gun follows the pipe joint, fusing the metal with a narrow heat zone — less distortion than arc welding and clean seams that need little cleanup, on stainless, carbon steel and more.
Key Specifications & Performance
0.5 kg gun, continuous/pulse, adjustable wobble, 800W–3000W, water or air-cooled. Penetration is max single-pass and material-dependent (e.g., stainless up to ~6.5 mm at 1500W air-cooled); continuous-duty figures available on request.
Applications & Use Cases
Tube welding — handrails, frames, furniture tube, process and structural pipe.
Certifications & CE Compliance
CE coverage; certificates available on request.
Comparison & Selection Guide
Handheld suits flexible, on-site pipe work; for fixed high-volume pipe, ask about automated systems.
