A precision laser cutting machine is a compact, fully enclosed fiber laser cutter built for fine, small-format parts — holding tight tolerances down to ±0.02 mm repeatability on small workpieces in steel, stainless, aluminum and copper. These built-in-house machines pair a sealed cabinet with capacitive auto-focus for clean, repeatable detail work.

What Is a Precision Laser Cutting Machine?
Where a large flatbed handles full sheets, a precision cutter focuses on small, intricate parts on a compact bed. A capacitive sensor keeps the nozzle a constant height above the surface, and the follow-up Z-axis holds focus on slightly uneven material — so fine contours, tight radii and small batches come out accurate and repeatable, with very little finishing.
The bed is integrally welded, annealed to relieve internal stress and vibration-aged before finish-machining, which keeps the machine rigid and holds accuracy over years of fine work.

Carbon/stainless capacity is power- and material-dependent: the 1390 (6000 W) cuts up to 20 mm carbon steel / 14 mm stainless (max single-pass); compact-6060 cutting capacity available on request. Continuous-duty figures available on request. Power supply 380 V / 50–60 Hz.
Core components include a Maxphotonics fiber laser source, a Raytools auto-focus cutting head, a Weihong CNC, servo motors, pneumatics and a Mingpin or Hanli / S&A dual cooling chiller (by model).
What It Cuts — Applications
Fine and small metal parts, precision components, electronics and hardware parts, jewelry and craft blanks, signage detail, and small-batch prototyping in carbon steel, stainless, aluminum and copper.

CE & Compliance
Machines are CE-marked; CE, FDA and SGS documentation is available on request. Destination requirements (SASO/SABER, GCC, UKCA) are handled per market.
Choosing Your Machine
Pick the 6060 for the smallest, finest parts; step up to the 1390 for larger work or thicker steel. For full-sheet work see sheet metal laser cutting; for the technology overview see fiber laser cutting machines; to understand the accuracy involved see laser cutting precision & quality.
