- Import the tube program (reads SolidWorks IGS) with all features.
- Load the tube into the front and rear pneumatic chucks; the variable-diameter support holds long tube.
- Run one-click square-tube leveling; the system finds the rotation center automatically.
- Select power and assist gas for the material and wall thickness.
- Cut to length, adding holes, slots, copes and bevels in one pass as the tube rotates.
- Unload; offcut is as little as 30 mm.
