A fiber laser cutting machine uses a fiber-generated laser beam to cut metal — more efficient and lower-maintenance than older laser types, and the standard for sheet, tube and precision metal cutting. Factory-direct and maker-backed, our fiber machines span 1 kW to 30 kW.
What Is a Fiber Laser Cutter?

The beam is generated in an optical fiber and delivered to the cutting head, giving high electro-optical efficiency, a fine focused spot and very little routine maintenance. It cuts carbon steel, stainless, aluminum and copper cleanly and fast.
Why Fiber for Metal
Compared with older laser types, fiber offers higher efficiency, faster cutting on thin-to-medium metal, a narrow kerf and lower running cost. For capacity by wattage, see the power options matrix.
Across the Range
Fiber drives our sheet metal, tube and precision machines. Core components include a Maxphotonics or Raycus fiber source, a Raytools auto-focus head and CNC, Hiwin guides and a Hanli / S&A chiller.
