Overview
When the metal part is too big or too fixed to bring to a cabinet — frames, pipes, moulds, machinery — a portable fiber handheld brings the beam to it.
Why a Fiber Handheld Works on Metal
At 1064 nm the beam marks metal directly: steel, aluminum, copper and iron, plus coated surfaces. A 24V lithium battery makes it fully wireless for 6–8 hours, and it marks while charging. The head weighs just 1.25 kg, so one hand does the work, at full marking quality.
Built to Last
The mark is in the metal itself, not on top, so it won’t smear, peel or wash off, and it survives heat, oil and washdowns.

How a Job Is Set Up
- Power on and set the focus to the metal surface.
- Enter the mark and set power and speed for the alloy.
- Run a sample, check contrast and depth, then save the recipe.
- Mark the part on site.
- Inspect and confirm consistency.
Applications
Oversized frames and pipes, welded assemblies, machinery in place, nameplates and serials on steel and aluminum.
CE Compliance
CE-marked, with conformity documentation available on request. We never claim SASO, SABER, GCC or UKCA we do not hold.
Getting It Right Before You Buy
Send us your part and material. We’ll mark a sample on the portable fiber unit, show you the result, and confirm the power before you order.
