Metal Laser Marking Machine

Marking Metal Without Ink

Metal laser marking machine

Metal laser marking writes permanent marks on steel, aluminum, brass and titanium — no ink, no labels, no etching chemistry. The mark is in the metal itself, so it survives heat, oil and washdowns.

How the Mark Forms on Metal

A fiber beam at 1064 nm is absorbed by metal, so it anneals stainless black, etches a gray-to-dark contrast, or engraves depth — set by pulse, speed and frequency. For color on stainless or deep black on anodized aluminum, a MOPA source tunes the pulse for the effect.

Specs and Speed

Our fiber heads run 20W–100W at up to 10,000 mm/s with ±0.002 mm repeat accuracy, air-cooled and consumable-free, across fields of 100–300 mm set by the lens. More power means deeper, faster marks; the right level is matched to the part.

Parts We Mark

Serial numbers, 2D codes and logos on steel and stainless, nameplates and tags, aluminum profiles, tools and fasteners, automotive and machinery parts.

CE Marking & Compliance

Every machine ships CE-marked, with conformity documentation available on request. We never claim SASO, SABER, GCC or UKCA we do not hold.

Fiber, MOPA or More

Most metal lines run fiber. Choose MOPA when color or anodized-black matters; step up in power for depth or volume. As a maker-backed integrated supplier, we’ll point you to the right one after a sample.
