Heavy Continuous Cleaning
Heavy-duty cleaning runs on water-cooled continuous-wave 3000 W and 6000 W machines. Choose 3000 W for general heavy duty and 6000 W for the thickest scale (≥3 mm) and multi-layer coatings (≥5 layers) — rust removal at 50–100 m²/h, paint stripping at 30–60 m²/h, roughly 40% cheaper than sandblasting on hull work with a 99.5% first-pass pre-weld yield.

3000 W or 6000 W?
- 3000 W — general heavy duty: rust, oxide and paint removal across large steel surfaces.
- 6000 W — the thickest scale (≥3 mm) and multi-layer coatings (≥5 layers), where throughput decides the job.
Where heavy continuous cleaning is used
Shipyard and structural steel work, hull rust removal, multi-layer paint stripping and pre-weld cleaning on production lines. These are water-cooled, mains-powered machines built for sustained duty on large surfaces — not for spot work on delicate parts, which is where a pulsed unit belongs.
